I talk alot on our FB community and would like to know more about firmware changes. I update my AC180, but my AC500 never seems to have an updated, which is fine. When I do update the BMS or Firmware updates, I never know what the updates are actually fixing or changing.
I like to try and inform our community, but where can I find such information? There was another topic about suggestions for the forum, I think a top level FAQ or Information area for product changes such as firmwares and general troubleshooting would be really good.

you can find a device specific troubleshoot guide on the bluetti shop site. Just search for the unit and there will be a FAQ.
Regarding “Patch Notes”: There are a lot requests regarding this topic, but we dont got any update on the topic right now.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
I previously communicated with the technical software department and was informed that BLUETTI does not provide detailed firmware update logs.
If you really want to know, you can let me know the firmware version number of your machine, and I will provide feedback to the technical department and get the update information for your present firmware version.

Good day, thank you for taking the time to reply to my post. its quite unusual not to have at least a link to the change logs. Maybe its because I am technical, I nearly always review change logs to see if something could impact my environment or not.
That said, you do provide change logs for the Bluetti App. So not to come across impolite or anything, but how does your technical team say, they dont provide these, but then provide history for software updates.
