Feature Request: Child proof the app

When using the Bluetti App to watch my power and energy statistics, I’m always worried I’m going to accidentally touch or swipe on one of these controls:

Accidentally turning off the AC output, or accidentally turning off the entire Apex 300 would be very disruptive to my household.

Feature Request: please add some way of making it difficult to do this by mistake. Perhaps each control should require a “Really? Are you sure?” confirmation dialog, or some sort of “Child Lock” feature that works on the app, similar to how it works on the hardware itself.

I hate all these bezel less phones because I’m always having to squeeze the palm of my hand close to the screen which triggers unnecessary touches. One time I palm pressed the DC slider and turned off my fridge! I agree. There is nothing wrong with both options (default/custom). For child proofing I would add a PIN confirmation to disable the function. Only way to turn it off is to enter your PIN. For those that don’t want that, they can just leave the option off.

My suggestion…

For the portable power stations… Not the full home units as these have different workflow already which works for them.

On the power off there is already a warning on the apps(at least on iOS). And it can only be turned off if there is no grid input.

On the AC off please do not add a warning or confirmation, which is mandatory.

I would suggest a configuration option in the background(for each power station)… which would add a confirmation dialog for turning off any output, AC/DC/USB.

That way the user can choose if they want confirmation for that output… also please remember nothing is stopping someone just pressing the AC button and turning the output off on the unit…

That is my 2 cents… FWIW
Cheers,
AP.
