I purchased a Bluetti Elite 200 V2 last fall to power a small AC fridge (.5amp) while camping. Everything went great on our only camping trip and power lasted 5 days.
Last Xmas I purchased a DC fridge to optimize my usage. I proceeded to testing my Bluetti to see how long it would last. My battery lasted 4.5 days on DC power. The fridge draws down 18-25 watts cycling on and off when the temperature is reached.
After every 24 hours the power indicates a +/- 10 to 12 % drainage which seems normal to me.
However once I reach the 50% power remaining in my Bluetti the power goes down to zero% within 4 to 6 hours which is abnormal. Nothing else is plugged into my Bluetti.
I reached out to customer support and they had me recalibrate my unit by fully charging/discharging 3 times. I also updated the firmware that was available and am presently up to date. The same issue continues test after test and I have now recalibrated my unit 5 times.
It has now been 7 weeks since my first contact with customer support and am still waiting on a proposed replacement.
