While on a boon docking trip out west, I received a P024 { cell overvoltage error } on my Apex 300, even though before I got the error the SOC was showing 40% charge. Because the unit would only stay on for just over a minute, it was really hard to troubleshoot. The SOC would show 100% then 0% then back to 100%. I was told to discharge then recharge my unit, but because it would only stay on for a minute, this was not possible. After a few nights of pure misery, I got home, and the unit had cleared the error on it’s own. The true SOC was 0%. I was able to charge it, and it seems to be working fine. Does anyone know of a way to reset an error, if the unit keeps shutting down, quickly. Using the app was almost impossible, because it took almost half the time that it was on to reconnect to bluetooth.
