I have just taken delivery of my new EB70. I could not use my solar panel to charge it (it is a cheap one which says it cannot be used for lithiam ion batteries) so I used the 240v charger.
I could not get it to fill 100% - the top bar would not stay on after the charger was removed.
That was Friday. Today, 36 hrs later, it has discharged down to the bottom bar even though it has not been used.
what am I doing wrong???
If the DC or AC outputs are enabled, it will consume power even if nothing is plugged in. This will drain it in a few days. Make sure AC and DC output are both off when not in use.

Not turning your EB70 completely off. The batteries drain slowly just by being in standby.
I have the same problem with a AC500+B300K. I’ve turned off both AC and DC output but the problem continues (about 10% power loss per day when not in use.) I’ve tried pushing the green power buttons to turn the units off but the control panel and lights stay on. How do I turn the unit totally off so the battery drain stops so there will be power when I need it.
