Errror 1-06

EB3A is displaying 100% but is empty and no charge is possible. It was deep discharge before.
Can i get a new firmware? What can i do to charge the EB3A?

Hi @bluetti_therealcolamanwebde, Are you using AC charging? If AC charging is not working, does using car charging cable help?


Error code 1-06 indicates a battery pack communication failure. We would like to know if you previously attempted a firmware upgrade that failed. If so, please follow these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Update the Bluetti app to the latest version and try upgrading again. Does this help?
  2. If the issue persists, clear the app cache and retry the upgrade while keeping your phone as close to the EB3A as possible.
  3. If you are using WiFi to connect your phone, try switching to mobile data and attempt the upgrade again.


If you have not previously upgraded the firmware and your EB3A always displays 100% battery but has no actual power, please follow these troubleshooting steps.
The issue lies in the inaccurate SOC of the EB3A, which mistakenly believes it is 100% charged and therefore refuses to continue charging, while in reality, it is over-discharged.
Please plug the EB3A into the AC home grid, and charge until it is 100%.
After that, please turn on the AC and DC output of the EB3A. After 30 minutes to 1 hour, the EB3A will drop from 100% to 99% due to self-consumption.
After the SOC of EB3A drops to 99%, please disconnect EB3A from the home grid to see if the EB3A can be turned on normally. If so please AC charge the EB3A again.
Normally, the EB3A will work well after charging, and please tell us the EB3A’s DSP, and ARM version, we will push the new firmware to avoid this problem happen again.

I let it drop to 98% the fully charged but it will rapidly discharge, it has not the fully capacity.
Please send me the new Firmware.
