Hello Bluetti Support Team,
I have a Bluetti Elite 100V2 power station that is showing Error E066 (DC Output Overvoltage) even when no devices are connected.
I have already tried:
- Restarting the unit.
- Disconnecting all loads.
- Checking the app and updating the firmware (if available).
The error still appears.
I have attached photos of the unit’s screen and the error message in the app for your reference.
Please note that I live in Cuba, so shipping the unit for inspection is not an option for me.
Could you please provide detailed troubleshooting steps or guidance on how to resolve this issue locally?
