Today I purchased a new inverter with an additional 300K battery.
I connected everything and started charging it.
When the system reached 97% charge, I decided to install the firmware updates.
After the update completed, the charging stopped and I received Error 004.
Please help me understand what this error means and how to fix it.

I bought this model just yesterday. I simply started charging it because the battery was only at 25%. I didn’t connect anything to it at all, so there was nothing to disconnect.
When the charge reached 97%, I decided to update the firmware.
After all the updates finished, this error appeared.
Could it be because I performed the update while it was charging from the wall outlet?
I also read on the forum that you can send a firmware update specifically for my unit, and that it might fix the issue.
Could you please advise what I should do now?
Is it possible for your engineers to send me the correct firmware today?
