if show up on my system error code 008… not able to use , AC 300 ?

Please try reducing the AC input current and confirm your setup. It’s important to check whether the system is connected to a distribution box and ensure that the box is using a transfer switch to isolate the machine from the grid. If your AC300 was manufactured before February 2022, please make sure the N line (the neutral from the grid and the machine’s output) is not connected together during installation.
If you have lowered the input current and the machine still shows error code 008 after a restart, it will need to be sent in for repair. Could you please provide the serial number (SN code) of your device?
