EP900 - B050 BMS Communication Error

Hello, I’m a Bluetti EP900/B500 customer based in the US. I’ve had the system for nearly a year now. It’s connected to the grid and receiving 8000 watts of PV input.

On two separate occasions, I’ve encountered the “B050 Communication” error, which causes the EP900 to lose connection with the B500 batteries. I’ve had to send the unit back to Bluetti’s service team twice, but I haven’t received any updates from them on what caused the error or how to fix it.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? I’d really appreciate any insight, as I’m feeling quite desperate for answers.
