I have newly installed EP760. I wish to change some settings, ie turn of VPP and allow charge from grid. When I try and alter these a popup appears 'Your device is currently under cloud control. Control via the app is unavailable.". I have shutdown the unit and restarted but the message remains.
I have also attempted a firmware update, it lists ARM and DSP updates as needed. When I tap the update button a popup says 'Turn off system switch before upgrading". What system switch is it referring to ?
Any help would be welcomed. Thanks.
