Hi @jbtheou, thank you for getting in touch with us.
We have applied to roll back to the original firmware as you requested. This may take up to 24 hours. Please update it once you receive the firmware tomorrow.
Please only upgrade once, and let us know after you have completed the update.
Thanks. Just received a DSP update. Installed it, say “Success, please restart your EP760 to finish it”. Toggle the On/Off switch on the app, same error, and the upgrade is still available.
Is there anything to be done to make the system accept the update @BLUETTI_CARE ?
[Came out of order as it was under moderation. That post was few hours before the one above]
Thank you very much. I haven’t received the revert yet, will let you know.
I applied for the pro access to make sure the proper country is setup on my EP760, this seems likely to be the issue with the new FW (using 50Hz country setup when in a 60Hz country). It’s still pending. Is there anything to do to make the application go forward?
Thanks again, looking forward to having my setup fixed!
@BLUETTI_CARE Any update on the Pro mode to fix the country setup? Or on the FW update? I still can’t use the battery and my grid as a backup. Also the load is now fed with a 50Hz signal (rather than the expected 60Hz), which is not great for some of my appliance like the microwave.
Hi @jbtheou, thank you for your update.
Since you previously applied to roll back to the original firmware, you will keep receiving upgrade prompts—but you only need to upgrade once.
We have confirmed that your rollback was successful.
For how to adjust the frequency, please refer to the screenshot below.
Hi @jbtheou, thank you for your feedback, we are glad to hear that!
Since the issue has been resolved, there is no need to cancel the revert.
Just keep the current settings, as this will not affect normal use.
