Hi everyone,
My EP760 is professionally installed by an electrician. The CT clamp is placed on L1 with the arrow pointing towards the grid (outbound). However, the EP760 does not show the home consumption in the app.
Manual feed-in and charging via the app work perfectly fine.
Has anyone experienced this issue or knows how to fix it?

It sounds like the CT clamp might not be positioned correctly. For accurate home consumption readings, the CT clamp should be installed after the main circuit breaker to monitor all loads effectively. If it’s placed incorrectly, it may not detect the consumption properly, which could also affect battery output.
