Have a new Ep760 installed and getting the 2 following Errors
PV2 ISO Fault B024
Battery Grounding Failure B064
The troubleshooting is no help and Support is on holidays currently these are from what I can gather PV related errors
but when PV is isolated and turned off, the errors persist, Would an error like this be being caused by and what test would be best to do
First thing support will ask is if your firmware is up to date, so maybe you can check that and post here your versions. Sounds like a grounding issue, have you had your electrician check the grounding wires back to the switchboard and the grounding cables between inverter-battery-battery are secure ? I’m not sure if you need to add ground earth wire on the DC side. There is a Protected Earth (PE) screw point for grounding on the PV side (left) of EP760. On my EP760 the PE screw is empty, but I don’t have any PV connected directly to the EP760 and my system is grid connected so it has Earth through the AC. I will be getting PV added this year so will be interesting to know if the PV side of the EP760 also needs PE ground wire connected. I suspect you only need to use the PV side PE if you are off-grid. If you are off-grid the battery module earth grounding will be relying on the PE on the PV side.
