EP760 Initial setup

Hi,
We have just had an ep760 and 4 B500 batteries installed.
We have around 10kw using 3 strings.
We are connected to the grid.
I don’t think our app setup is correct.
In the app it says the Inverter status is Off-grid Operation. (is this correct)
At the moment the batteries are full and it says we are consuming 640watts.
This cannot be correct since I have two Air-cons working at the moment.
Also their is no Solar production going from the inverter to the grid.

This is from the app.
My question is how to I go from off-grid to normal.
Is it time of use? If so what values would be normal?

Technical Supervisor Mike stated: Your EP760 is not connected to the mains electricity, and the firmware has not been updated. Please follow the video tutorial to proceed with the necessary steps.

Thanks for that. I have the install technician coming tomorrow. I will let him fix it.

Repairs were done on the new system on Friday.
Over the weekend it is working like a charm.
Very happy

Thanks for the follow up reply. Glad to know that the system is working well already.

Thanks again.
Could you keep me informed when you have a Home Assistant Integration for me to use.

Has the Bluetti app have remote control. Beyond Bluetooth range?

@TomD
Once the EP home series becomes compatible with Home Assistant Integration, I’ll definitely share this great news with everyone!

And yes, currently, all EP home storage systems support remote WiFi control.

I thought that.
Yesterday I was out of the house and couldn’t get anything from the app.
But today it is using the cloud.
Must have been a dropout.
Thanks for everything.

Just did an iot upgrade on my ep760. Upgrade was successful but now I cannot connect via Bluetooth or cloud. Oops what can I do now.
