Questions for @BLUETTI_CARE :
- I am in Pro Mode but still cannot find battery cell level info. Where is it ?
. - Battery Settings page originally showed number of Batteries = 0. I believe installer never updated this field. I just changed from 0 to 4 with no problem, but why does this value exist, what is number of batteries value used for ? (and it does not allow me to change back to 0).
. - Battery Heating is off by default. Winter is approaching in my location and we get minimum between May and Sept around 7 degrees Celsius. I am not sure why installer left this off. If I turn it on, how will I know it is actually working ? Is there any statistics or logging for battery heating feature ? I believe battery cell level info can report cell temp, but as per point 1) above I cannot find cell level info.
