EP760 Battery Information

Questions for @BLUETTI_CARE :

  1. I am in Pro Mode but still cannot find battery cell level info. Where is it ?
    .
  2. Battery Settings page originally showed number of Batteries = 0. I believe installer never updated this field. I just changed from 0 to 4 with no problem, but why does this value exist, what is number of batteries value used for ? (and it does not allow me to change back to 0).
    .
  3. Battery Heating is off by default. Winter is approaching in my location and we get minimum between May and Sept around 7 degrees Celsius. I am not sure why installer left this off. If I turn it on, how will I know it is actually working ? Is there any statistics or logging for battery heating feature ? I believe battery cell level info can report cell temp, but as per point 1) above I cannot find cell level info.

Hi @dmc, thank you for contacting us.
This is normal. Individual battery cell information is not available to customers.
The battery quantity can be modified according to the actual number of batteries. If you have 4 batteries, you can set it to 4.
The battery heating function needs to be enabled in the battery interface.

Thank you @BLUETTI_CARE for your explanation. I just tried to enable Battery Heating but fail. When I tap on slider I get Reminder pop up window. I click OK and the slider changes from grey to blue for 2 seconds and then goes back to grey (disabled). I also get a message pop up “updated”. How to solve ?

Hi @dmc, thank you for your feedback.
Please note that to enable Battery Heating, you need to upgrade to IOT v19.
If your IOT version is not up to date, please provide your PBOX serial number and we will arrange the update for you.

@BLUETTI_CARE My IOT is v9043.18. My s/n is PBOX2438000261183. Please push update. Thank you.

Hi @dmc, thank you for your update.
I have applied to upgrade your system to our IT department. If the new firmware is available, they will complete the push within 24 hours.

@BLUETTI_CARE I have not received IOT update. Could you please check with your IT ?

@BLUETTI_CARE I just updated IOT to v9043.19 successfully. Only take 2 mins and no interruption to loads. Battery Heating enabled successfully. Thank you.

Hi @dmc, the firmware update was delayed for a few days because the staff in charge of firmware push was on leave previously.

Thank you for your feedback—it means a lot to us.
We’re glad to hear the issue has been resolved and the new firmware is working properly.
