I finally got my ep760 installed this week… a couple of notes firstly about my situation:
ep760 with 2xb500’s
~9kw of panels connected up to the 3mppt’s
3 phase home, with the Bluetti connected to one phase, and the Bluetti current clamp on that phase
I run home assistant and it has Shelly power meter to read all three phases…
So after a couple of days:
Home Assistant Interface: I use Home Assistant to monitor and control many other devices, and I even monitor my caravan’s electrical system with it. I want that with my Bluetti.
I did have the bluetti talking to home assistant via Bluetooth for a bit, but then I think one of the patches broke it(I believe the Bluetooth side is now secured which is good), but is there a plan to permit 3rd party apps to access the unit to read the data(at least)?
Having to go to another app on another device is a pain.
Heat + PV Input : I note there is a reasonable amount of heat being generated by the unit… if I reduce the dc solar(pv) input from 9kw back to 6kw will that reduce the heat? Or is it mainly the ac inverter and not the dc solar side which generates the heat?
Just had installed ep760 and 4 b500 batteries. Would love to connect to Home Assistant. Have installed the Bluetti integration.
However it has not found my system as yet. Any thoughts on what I can do next.

@TomD Hi Tom, thank you for your great support of BLUETTI home storage system! But sorry to say that we do not currently support Home Assistant. We are in the process of debugging and verification. Once it becomes available, I will let you know.
@Aphere Hi Andrew, I sincerely apologize for missing your post.
Has the issue improved now? If not, could you please add Mike, the technical supervisor of BLUETTI home system, on WhatsApp? He will assist you in resolving the issue.
