Hello dear admins! Problem with Pro mode! I submitted an order for activation through BLUETTI APP, a confirmation came to my email, everything is ok, PRO is activated, but there have been no changes in BLUETTI APP for three days, and I can’t solve my problem with connecting IOT after updating the firmware, my IOT controller became PBOX **** and now my EP760 is inactive in the application! Please ask for your help in solving this problem



Hello, Regarding this issue, please note that after updating the PBOX, the SN code of the EP760 will no longer be usable—only the SN code of the new PBOX can be used for connection. Please test this and let us know if it works.

Thank you GURU ) Everything is ok now! PBOX is connected to “My devices”, PRO is active. You are super admins, it’s nice to deal with such support :handshake:
