Possible anyone know reason for B043 error (Inverter output failure) ?

After confirming with the technical engineer, the reason for this error is:
to disconnect the backup circuit breaker and do not connect the load to start the inverter. If there is no alarm, there may be an issue with the backup load or wiring.
It’s very strange… At this moment part of load was disconnected by manual transfer switch (I-0-II).
Inverter start by itself in one minute without problem.

If there is no alarm, it indicates that the backup load is overloaded, and the load on each phase should be less than 2 kW.
Still strange, load was less 500w. And this is was switch from backup to griid.
