Is anyone else having problems with the EP600’s cloud connection?
Since this morning, the connection to the cloud has been interrupted several times and now I can’t establish it at all. I’ve also tried resetting the IoT Box several times, but nothing works.
I can still connect to the EP600 via blouetooth, but when I start the app and want to connect via the cloud, it shows me offline.
Resetting the Wi-Fi connection via the app doesn’t help either, it shows me that it is connected to my Wi-Fi but can’t connect to the Bluetti server:
I’m experiencing the same cloud connection issue with my AC300+B300. I’ve reset the WiFi several times, but it hasn’t resolved the problem. The station successfully connects to the WiFi network, but there’s no connection to the cloud service.

Yes, the inability to connect to the cloud was due to the temporary server outage yesterday. The issue has now been resolved, and normal service has been restored.
