When using 2 EP500 pros in split phase and charging both at the same time from wall with the AC Charging Cable for Split Phase do I need to change the Max. Grid Input Current (preset to 15 A) in both units? It is my understanding that the NEMA L14-30 wall plug is 30 A. I am not an electrician just the owner of the units.

You can leave it unchanged. Setting 15A will input 15A for each machine.
