I’m new to the BLUETTI thing. I have an EP500pro. I used it the other night when the power went out. It’s now at 53 percent so I was going to charge it back up for the first time and the AC power cord won’t charge it. Am I doing something wrong? A setting?
@bluetti_jksnow99gmailcom Please check the UPS setting, or just set it to “standard UPS” mode to check if it works.
