I have seen several comments/questions regarding the use of the expansion batteries along with the 500pro. I get that the Pro will not charge the B300. I guess what i do not understand is why you say it will not expand the capacity? If I am drawing power out of the Pro and have the B300 plugged into the 500Pro input with the P090D-MC4, won’t it charge the 500Pro as the power is drawn out through the Pro output? What is the difference between this and “expansion” just trying to understand.

The B300 act as power income source. Like PV or AC input.

So it will charge the EP500Pro but you cant charge the B300 the same way. It doesnt work like a AC300 for example. Its just a simple input for EP500Pro, just one way.

Powerstation like the AC300 with expansion batterys work two way. You can charge and discharge it from the same connection.

The B300 can be combined with a T500 AC adapter. In this case you can charge your B300 when have enough sun and discharge it when needed.

Thanks another question. If I have the charger for the B300 and I plug it into the EP 500Pro will it work essentially the same as the AC300? And can i use a B300k similarly?

B300K dont have any external charging Port. Not for AC or PV Panel. The only way to charge B300K is by connect it to a AC300, AC500 or sny other unit that support a direct connection to B300

Hello, Does the B300S have AC charging through the same AC Charger that I use on my B300 or do i need a different AC charger?

Additionally can I use the same cable that i use to transfer the power to my EP500Pro with the same P090D-MC4 cable?

Yes, the T500 Adapter can be used for B300/B300S

What you exactly mean? The MC4 cable is to charge the EP500Pro via Powerbank-Mode from a B300 or B300S. You cant feed any Solar power through this cable to charge the B300S. This is only possible via Solar MPPT or AC Port

I use the P090D-MC4 with MC4 to Aviation which then plugs into EP500 pro to provide power. Basically looking to confirm I can use B300s exactly same as B300 and verify it (B300s) is compatible with EP500 Pro
