Using a 10-gauge cord from generator. Alarm sounded and threw codes 04, 15 and 16. Please help
Hi @Danmeyer, For this issue, please log into the app and confirm whether your firmware is upgraded to the latest version. Does this resolve the problem?
Check if the Grid icon on the screen is lit. Is the environment temperature suitable?
Click on the AC input icon to verify whether the voltage and frequency are within the unit’s input range. Ensure that the output voltage and frequency of the generator are correctly set.
Please try switching to Standard UPS mode. Does this help?
If the issue persists, check if the EP500’s Max input current is too low. Set it to the default value and remove the load. Does the problem still occur?
