Hello Fellow Bluetti Members ,

I hope everyone is well & enjoying their bluetti products.

I am new here so if i make a mistake please be kind on me.

I have a bluetti ep 500 pro power station or station on wheels. I am in off grid situation & i have sometimes access to grid power. Im trying to charge ep 500 pro with off grid power which is supplied by a pure sine wave 4.5 kwh enerdrive inverter but bluetti ep 500 pro doesn’t like it. Its fine to charge on grid power & solar. Any ideas.
Im in Australia.

What you mean with “EP500Pro doesnt like it”? It dont charge and sometimes interrupt charging? That may caused by voltage peaks or lows

Hello Erik , thanks for your reply. I am on offgrid situation. Ep 500 pro doesn’t like charging from pure sine wave inverter but if i try to charge it from grid its not a problem. It charged fine with solar .

Hi @Renewbrisbane

i had the same kinda problem when charging with low current. If your Inverter allow it, raise the current a bit and see if its still persists
