With regards to exporting the Energy Stats from the app, the app confirms it’s been sent to my email, but I’m not receiving it. Best I can figure is that they’re being rejected based on they’re being regarded as “Local RBL” by my email server… anything that might help in my getting my server folks whitelist where the emails are sent “from” with regards to outgoing server used, IP address, etc???
Had a recent outage and trying to download the stats for that day, have two stacks of: Apex 300 + 3 B300K’s in parallel via Hub A1.
