I have been using my Apex 300 along with my SolarX 4K since September 7th, but I have noticed that the Energy tab does not display how much solar energy was received from the SolarX 4K. Interestingly the Power tab does show it on the graphs. The pictures below show each tab’s display from today from about 2 PM (ET).
Can the app be updated to display that data on the Energy tab?

Could you please provide the SN numbers of your SolarX 4K and Apex 300? We will conduct a further investigation into this matter.

We have consulted our R&D team regarding this matter, and they informed us that the root cause of the issue has been identified. They are now working diligently to develop a new firmware update to fix it.
This update is expected to be released next month, after which it will be rolled out to all relevant devices in batches. Once you receive the notification for the new firmware, simply follow the prompts to update it directly. I hope it does help.

I found that there was an update for each of the components of the Apex 300, so I installed all of them. My app was already at the latest version. And today I have PV data for the SolarX 4K!
