Energy Statistics - Energy tab missing SolarX 4K PV information

Hello @BLUETTI_CARE,

I have been using my Apex 300 along with my SolarX 4K since September 7th, but I have noticed that the Energy tab does not display how much solar energy was received from the SolarX 4K. Interestingly the Power tab does show it on the graphs. The pictures below show each tab’s display from today from about 2 PM (ET).

Can the app be updated to display that data on the Energy tab?

Hi @hnymann, Thank you for your feedback—we don’t think this is normal.

Could you please provide the SN numbers of your SolarX 4K and Apex 300? We will conduct a further investigation into this matter.
