I want to charge my V2 200 from my cars power outlet. The max it can charge is 400W. When I plug in the V2 200 it tries to draw over the 400W max and then shuts down and just repeats the attempts. How do i set the V2 200 so that it wont draw over the 400W limit so I can charge my unit from my car?

You can’t. The minimum Silent mode charging for the E200 is 800W, assuming you are refering to AC inverter charging.
Your next best option is to use the Charger 1 for 560W. I have the Elite 100 v2, it’s lowest AC charge mode is 600W and I had a 375W inverter that I replaced with Charger 1.
Although charging modes will affect maximum DC charging, the E200 will not draw all that it needs, only what is available. i.e. if you used a 12VDC vehicle cig socket, you’ll get around 100W or C1 for up to 560W etc.
