Elite 300 - Fan/Noise issues

Hello,

I recently purchased the Elite 300, installed the latest firmware, and the battery is fully charged.

There is currently no load connected to the device, and both the AC and DC outputs are switched off.

Only the AC input is connected, and the device is powered on and connected to Wi-Fi.

My problem is that with a low AC load or when idle, as described above, the fans start up approximately every two minutes and then switch off again after one minute.

My questions:
@BLUETTI_CARE
Is there any way to adjust this, or can the fans be replaced with quieter models? Thank you very much for your answers.
Thank You so much for your Help

I’m gonna track this tread, the same issue with my Elite 300 unit

Dear @BLUETTI_CARE

I have recently received my Elite 300 and experience the same noise issue. I am using the device as an uninterruptible power supply in my office, but the noisy fans start every few minutes to disrupt my work.

I specifically purchased this device because the manual advertises a “silent” charging mode. The device I received does not comply with the advertised feature, and I see that several other users have posted similar complaints on this forum.

Please address this defect as soon as possible.

I note that you have not responded to this thread so far. In an effort to address the issue within a reasonable time period, I ask that you please respond with a proposal to eliminate the defect no later than 22 May 2026.

Thank you.

Hi @ilovecoldwater, we have been quite busy recently and did not notice or reply to your post in time.

We would like to know what kind of load is connected to your Elite 300 and how much power it is drawing. When the charging or discharging power reaches a certain level, the fans will automatically start. In addition, the system also monitors the internal temperature of the unit, and the fans may automatically turn on if the temperature becomes too high.

Could you please provide your Elite 300 SN number and current firmware version? We would like to try resolving the issue by pushing a firmware update.
