And the unit no longer charges from AC.
It starts charging and then shuts off after a few seconds.
It charged fine before the update.
All settings are default.

This morning the unit charged once normally.
After that it behaved in the same way again: It starts charging and then immediately shuts off, this is repeated a few times.
Also when turning on de AC while charging, without load, it does this:
Can you connect using the App (Bluetooth) and check for any error codes or alerts? Something doesn’t seem right and there are icons flashing.
Haw you tried changing with grid self adaptation turned on to see if that makes a difference. It’s u de the advanced setting in the app?
Yes it does charge with adaptive mode on I noticed yesterday!
This behaviour was introduced with the latest firmware.
I have a regular grid connection and 2 other Bluetti,s that do not show this behaviour.
Hi @jurgen, We believe this may be an issue with the UPS settings. Please first change the UPS settings to Standard UPS Mode.
From the video, the device is showing an error. Please check the specific error code, and we will conduct further analysis.
You mentioned that charging works when Grid Self-adaptation is turned on. We are concerned this may be related to an unstable power grid. Could you test the actual voltage range of the power grid?
Hi @jurgen, This does seem abnormal. We’ve noticed that there are irregular fluctuations in the power grid, which could be the cause of the error.
Additionally, could you please let us know the specific error code?
