Hi, I recently bought a Bluetti elite 30 V2 (in EU) I can’t connect to he device over Bluetooth, I tried on a Samsung s25u, iphone 14 pro and a Redmi tablet. I gave every permission needed to the app and still I can’t connect.
I tried a BLE scanning app and. I don’t seem to see the device coming online. I ofc tried to turn off and on the device and the Bluetooth option. I tried both offline and online mode in the app and I scanned the QR code in the back.
Anyone else with these issues on this unit? I contacted support but they still have to respond after 5 days, might be due to Black Friday sales.
Thanks

Hi @AllesBlue,
Quick question: did the bluetooth work before? If so, it’s possible that you accidentally disabled the bluetooth on the bluetti Elite 30 V2 and forgot to turn it back on.

Bluetooth never worked from the very first moment it was outside the box.
I tried disabling and enabling the Bluetooth feature firm the power station, nothing worked
Hi @AllesBlue,
I’m not completely sure what you mean by this.
Let’s first check whether Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled on the power station. I have a screenshot from the manual; if you look at the highlighted section, you’ll see the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi icons. Could you check whether these icons are also visible on your power station?

If they are visible and pairing still doesn’t work, I recommend contacting Bluetti customer service to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for repair or replacement of the power station.
If the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi icons are not visible, you can follow the steps below to enable them.
Step 1: Press the DC and AC buttons simultaneously for a few seconds. The frequency icon flashes.
Step 2: Press the DC button several times until you reach P06.
Step 3: Now press the AC button to enable or disable the Bluetooth function. If Bluetooth is enabled, the Bluetooth icon will appear on your power station’s display.
Step 4: Press the DC and AC buttons simultaneously again for a few seconds. The power station will now exit the hidden menu.
After completing these steps, Bluetooth should now be enabled on your power station. If you also want to enable or disable Wi-Fi, repeat the same steps, but select P07 instead of P06 in step 2.
I assume I’ve helped you get on the right track. If you have any further questions, you can also ask the Bluetti Care Team for assistance. Use the tag: @BLUETTI_CARE for this.
