Elite 200 V2 clicking

At sunset the Elite 200 V2 units relay keeps switching and clicking on/off for 10 minutes, 2x/day. It should wait for a higher power before restarting (or turning off) for a larger hysteresis. Any new firmware that solves this?

Hi @jurgen

You mean the Elite 200 V2 by any chance?

No problem. @BLUETTI_CARE is this a known issue that can be fixed by firmware?

Hi @jurgen, We indeed haven’t released new firmware for Premium 200 V2 to address this issue yet.

Could you please shoot a video demonstrating the problem, upload it to a cloud drive, and share the link with us?
Meanwhile, please provide the SN number and current firmware version of your Premium 200 V2. We will urge the R&D department to complete the corresponding firmware as soon as possible.

Thanks to @Selfmadestrom for his concern and reminder on this matter.

Hi @AndyR100, We haven’t developed a new firmware specifically for this issue yet.
Please disconnect the connection with the solar panel when the sunlight is insufficient. Hope this helps.

Hi @jurgen, We have consulted the technical department about this matter, and they informed us that the new function will be implemented in the app.
Please upgrade the app first.

Hi @AndyR100, I’m glad to tell you that we’ve just received notice that the new firmware has been successfully developed.
Now I have applied to upgrade your system to our IT department. They will push the latest version of firmware to your unit in 24 hours.
Please upgrade the firmware tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.

Hi @jurgen, We would like to develop new firmware for Premium 200 V2. Could you please inform us of the current firmware version of your device, especially the ARM version?

By the way, please note that if you need my assistance, please @BLUETTI_CARE, otherwise, I might not see your message and be able to help you promptly.

Both of my two Bluetti Elite 200 V2 solar generators, purchased this past July 2025 (Amazon Prime Day) have this same problem. Both are “up to date” firmware-wise. I would’ve thought that Bluetti would UNIVERSALLY solve this problem through its firmware, and not just for the one person who complained here.
Am I missing something? The problem manifests around 7:20 p.m. now, though that time will probably roll back as the season progresses and daylight changes accordingly. It does NOT occur in the morning.
I live in Soperton, Georgia, USA by the way.
Both V2s are powered by their own, two-panel, Canadian Solar 455W panels connected by a 100’ Temco, 8 AWG wire, and both otherwise perform as promised – on sunny days they reach 100% charge by 2:00 p.m. or thereabouts.
In the “Version” part of each V2’s app there is this data:
ARM v2172.14; DSP v2173.08; BMS v1068.11
One of my Elite 200 V2’s S/N is 200 V22523000324583
The other Elite 200 V2’s S/N is 200 V22523002015405
I’ve got them near each other, so it’s possible that only one is clicking, I can’t tell. But neither should by now, since I’m sure Bluetti wouldn’t let users suffer needlessly, correct?
By the way, my Bluetti AC200L, powered by the exact same panel and connected wire system and on the other side of the room, does NOT exhibit this problem.
Now the owner of three Bluettis powering critical loads, I just know that y’all want to make me happy here. I don’t want to find out that this is shortening the useful life of these V2s. Is it? One A.I. bot thinks it might. Please confirm. And again, since you’ve solved the problem for one customer, why not for all?
