Elite 200 v2 App3.0 BT scanning device "Not Found"

Elite 200 V2 approx 6 months old
I have an account.
Bluetooth icon on the display is lit.
Phone BT is enabled.
Power supply is about 18 inches away from my phone.
Bluetti App version 3.0
Wireless is not bound, (The app only works with 2.4GHz. My router is not setup for 2.4 GHz).

Message I receive when scanning for the devce is: Elite200V2***** Not Found
I am trying to bind through the app, not binding to the phone’s BT.

Several months ago I had been connected via BT using the old app. version.
I upgraded to the new 3.0 app and now can no longer bind to the Elite with BT.

I tried removing the device and scanning the code. The app shows the device and the serial numbers are correct but also shows “1 month ago” and an incorrect amount of battery charge.

I hit the BT app button to scan and get the Same results. “No device found”
I have also:
Reinstalling the app.
Rebooted the phone.
rebooted the Power supply.
Searched the forum for answers.
Walked in circles.
Chanted a few “Hail Marys”.
Swore profusely.

What am I missing?

It could be because you have another device connected to it. Only one device can be connected via BT at a time. The Bluetooth icon on the display means a device is connected to it so I suspect either you have left the Bluetti app open on another device or someone else has connected to it. If you suspect the latter you will then need to take the power station to a different location until the BT icon goes out and then connect and set a Bluetooth password to stop other people connecting to it and blocking your connection.

SOLVED
Thanks for the reply and the solution to my issue. I had a recent purchase of a tablet and had installed the Bluetti app on it. The BT was turned on and was connecting to the Power supply.

I removed the app from the new tablet, and rebooted the Power supply with my phone nearby. I am now connected to the phone again.

Thanks!
