Elite 100 won't shut off after firmware update

About 2 days ago, I updated my Elite 100v2 to:
ARM v2186.16
DSP v22200.14
BMS v1083.08

Today, when I hold the power button down, the “DC input icon” flashes (even though there is no power coming from an external panel) and the unit refuses to shut down. The unit will also not shut down from within the app.

Yesterday, I was unable to power the unit down while it was AC charging. However, I was able to remove the AC input and then shut down.

Hello!

Please follow these steps for checking:

  1. Please confirm whether the machine is plugged into DC or AC charging. When the machine is charging, it will automatically activate and cannot be turned off.
  2. If this situation occurs without any charging method plugged in, please provide a video and the serial number.

When I have external power from a wall outlet, pressing and holding the central button turns the station on and off. It doesn’t turn it off through the app.

Is this normal and safe?
