Hello,
I just received my Elite 100 v2 from Amazon today (12/02) The unit is giving an E074 error. The pack info on the battery shows the following error messages: 1.) Alarm - P003 Cell Overage Alarm 2.) Error - P051 Cell Failure and 3.) Protection - P024 Cell Overage Protection.
I have bound and unbound the unit a couple of times with no success in clearing the error or for that matter I have been unable to keep the unit powered on.
When I got home, I did notice that the unit was delivered on its side and not with the “This side Up” facing towards the sky.

Please advise on how we can resolve this issue. I own many Bluetti items and this is the first product to ever give me trouble.
Thanks for your time

It appears that one of the battery cells was damaged during transport. Since you purchased the product through Amazon, I recommend returning the product and asking for a refund or a replacement of the unit.
