Elite 100 v2 won't turn on/charge

Ordered 8/7. Received 8/29.

Last seen 4 days ago at 64% according to app. Nothing plugged in.
Plugged in to charge today but won’t turn on. Changed power cables. Still nothing.

I’ve updated my support ticket, and no one has replied. It has been almost 29 hours. No comments on this forum, no comments on Reddit, no comments on warranty ticket.

We also suggest you try waking up the battery using DC charging, such as solar panels and car charging. Did this help?
