Hi.
Is it possible to configure the station to automatically turn on (supply) voltage after the power grid is restored?
The station powers network equipment and several devices.
But when the station’s battery is completely discharged and then the grid comes back on, it doesn’t turn on the AC.
Is there a way to fix this?
It’s a software feature, after all.
Yes you can just go to advances settings then switch recovery there you will be able to toggle on last state recovery If the battery went flat and died with ac ac or dc on when the power came back on it would restore.
I noticed my Elite 200 v2 option changed late December. It used to have an option to turn on DC or AC after it comes back up but now it is “Last State”.
My scenario is that with the California fog and heavy rains in November and December with no sun, I would run out of charge fro days. I have a mini fridge in an off grid tiny house on a weekender ranch that uses 100W so originally I thought I would have it turn on DC so that Internet would be available. Then when I saw remotely there was 30% charge or so I would turn on AC so that fridge and security cameras would be active. That way there is enough energy to keep from cycling on and off when Fridge is turned on with too little charge.
But this last state option with newer firmware ruined my plans like a Scooby Doo show. Any chance you could add that option back of choosing AC or DC to turn back on when battery has a charge?
Or better yet, an option where you can turn on AC And/OR DC with each having a threshold. Like:
