I bought the Elite 100 a while back to keep in my car while I drive across the country. I thought I could charge it via my AC plug and have it in the back of the truck, but even when I adjust the charging settings on the app to put it in silent charging (suggested by bluetti app), it sends me a grid error on the screen and will continuously shut on and off while I’m driving. So, it ends up losing power. I’ll watch it on the app while I drive to test it. I found out it’s mostly because the Ranger has ‘dirty power.’ I also want to avoid the Charger 1 because I have a smart alternator, what I’ve read online it doesn’t work well with a smart alternator. Is buying an AC to DC (cigarette lighter) going to be the only way I am able to charge it? It doesn’t have to get to full superfast, but I’d like it to at least charge up over several hours.
Hello，Please * Long press the AC ON and DC ON buttons to enter the settings menu, then long press the DC ON button until you reach the VE interface. Check if the current calibrated voltage matches your region (for example, 120 corresponds to 120V in the USA). If it does not correspond, please send us the relevant information.
In the app, click on the AC Input icon to enter the AC Input interface, record a video, and then send it to us.
