Elite 10 Power station ERROR

Hello, I purchased an Elite 10, which unfortunately arrived defective from the factory. I see many people complaining about the same issue: error E013, AC relay failure.

I followed all the steps that customer support instructed me to take, and they concluded that an RMA was required. They scheduled a pickup with DPD for March 31, 2026. I had to miss work and stayed home waiting for the parcel to be collected, but no one showed up. I lost a day of work, and on top of that, the Elite 10 was meant to be a birthday gift for my wife… something that now seems unlikely to happen. I don’t understand what’s going on, as I expected more proactive after-sales support.
