Elite 10 - issues with 15w usbc port

I recently bought an Elite 10 direct from Bluetti UK. I’ve been testing it out running low wattage items at home and unfortunately I had some issues with the 15w usbc port.

I have a Samsung A55 phone. It fast charges with no issues from the 15w port on a non-Bluetti battery. However, when using the 15w port on the Elite 10 I get an error message on the phone saying the cable is not plugged in / faulty. I changed cables but got the same error. It charges fine from the 100w port with the same cables.

Today I was charging my ZTE 5G mifi. This is usbc rechargeable and uses less than 10w. When it is charging it has a flashing light to indicate this. I charged it for a few hours, 20% of the Elite 10, then turned the Elite 10 off fully, but left the usbc cable plugged in . The charging indicator light on the ZTE carried on flashing. I unplugged it, the light stopped flashing, plugged it back into the fully turned off Elite 10 and it started charging again. I unplugged it from the 15w port and plugged it into the 100w port. The charging light on the mifi did not show charging. Plugged it back into the 15w port and it started charging again.

@BLUETTI_CARE is there an update that would solve this abnormal behaviour of the 15w port please? It’s a bit worrying that it doesn’t seem to turn off even when the Elite 10 is fully shut down.

That’s a weird one, be interested in the result…
