Greetings.
Last time our new Bluetti Elite 10 started to discharge to quickly in my opinion.
We bought 2 months ago. We bought it because have power outages a 3-4 time in a day (living in Ukraine, you should understand why). Using to power the router and PoE ONU terminal. Router Asus RT-AX53U (2-channel Wi-Fi, 2.4GHz and 5GHz) consumes up to 12V 1.5A max. ONU terminal - 12V 0.5A. These params are from charger blocks so the average consumption should be lower.
Average shedule of using: 4 hours using to power the router with ONU terming and 2 hours with simultaneous charging and power supply.
At the beginning of operation it could hold more than 5 hours (I didn’t check more).
I observed how fast Elite 10 discharges and that’s I got. With average power consumption of 6-7W (as shown on the Elite 10 display during the entire observation period) it discharge in 4:25:00. But I think it should give power a twice long. If simpify calculation, with 6-7W power and 128Wh Elite’s 10 capacity it should work 128/7=18 hours. Even if concidering voltage trasformation from battery voltage to output voltage 12V, for expample 20%, so it still should be more: (128-20%)/7=102.4/7≈14.6 hours. So it look’s like Elite 10 lost a half of capacity.
Also tested Elite 10 while charging my notebook. During the entire test I watched 1 stream at browser and didn’t do anything else, so a load on the power station should not have fluctuated.
Calculations. With average power of 80-90W from notebook (this Elite 10 showed) the power station with 128 Wh capacity yould work a little more of 1 hour, 128Wh/85W≈1:30:00. Even if substract 20%: 128-20%/85=102.4/85≈1:15:00. But our Elite 10 discharged a twice faster, in 30 mins. Here a discharge observation graph with station’s load:
Also I tried to calibrate BMS as it described at manual: full charge without load, full discharge to 0, repeate 2-3 times. It didn’t help.
What happend with our Elite 10? Is it have bugs or just become broken? How to fix it?
P.S. Sorry for my bad English.
