EBA3 Charged No response

My EB3A was foolishly allowed to completely discharge and would afterward could not be charged via A/C. So I bought a solar panel, and when the panel is connected it now indicates 100% charge. The word input flashes on the screen when the solar panel is connected.
However, no output functions are working. If I unplug the solar panel the unit and screen is dead. Even if connected to the solar -which reignites the display – I cannot even get the light to work, let alone draw power.
Nor can I access any USB functions to access the App.
Any suggestions?

Hi @opus125, it suggests to me that the battery may still be empty even though the display is showing 100%. Are you able to try charging from a vehicle DC source rather than solar? It can sometimes take some time for the batteries to wake up. You could also try connecting to an AC wall outlet and leave it for a few hours to see if it wakes.

What are the specs of your solar panel? It’s possible there are insufficient volts to start the charging process, which would explain the flashing Input.
