I have a Bluetti EB70 station, and by mistake, I tried to charge it with a power unit from a Bluetti AC200P station. After that, it doesn’t charge by its own power unit, and on INPUT shows error code U170, E000 on OUTPUT. There are no problems with charging something from it. Power unit has green light and clicking from time to time. Is there some kind of defence from power overload? How to fix it? @BLUETTI@BLUETTI_CARE
@BLUETTI I see, thanks. Does Bluetti has authorized service center in Ukraine?
It appears that the station was damaged due to the use of a power unit from another station. Perhaps it would be worth considering a different type of charging port to prevent such cases.
From a customer’s perspective, if a device has a particular charging port, they generally expect it to be safe to use with a different power unit. For example, if a device has a USB Type-C port, in 99% of cases nothing happens when it is charged with a third-party or out-of-the-box charger.
Hello, i am currently experiencing the same issues with my Bluetti EB70. It cannot charge itself with the solar panels connected to its input and cannot charge when connected to its power supply. I am from the Philippines and I do not think there are any near Bluetti service centers near my location.
