My EB70 can no longer be charged. It shows no reaction to either the solar panel or the charger. It was still possible to draw electricity, but now it is completely empty.
Welcome to the forum @Ronny76 !! It sounds like its just been depleted too low. I would suggest plugging it into a solar or another DC charging source (such as a 12v cig plug) and let it sit for awhile… Hopefully it will then be able to “jump start” itself to be able to enable the internal bms after some time (4-6 hours maybe??). Then you should be able to plug in into an AC charging source to fully top off/top balance. Please keep us posted.
Hi @Ronny76, When you mentioned that the EB70 cannot charge via solar power, we would like to know the specifications of your solar panels, especially the VOC. Are they compatible with the EB70? Could you test the output voltage of the solar panels to see if it’s normal?
Thanks to @m.briney for the suggestion. Yes, please try charging for a longer period and also consider using the car charger. Did that help?
If it’s still not effective, you will need to contact our customer service team to arrange for a repair.
I have now tried both - in the car with a 12v cig plug and also with the Bluetti PV200 solar panel. Unfortunately, nothing works, it still doesn’t charge.
Hi @Ronny76, If you’re still unable to charge, you may need to contact customer service for repair.
