EB70 charging at 1W input only

Hi Bluetti community,

This is my first message here and I hope you guys could help.

My EB70 is not charging, the display screen shows only 1W as input value while charging using the solar panel provided or using the power supply. I’ve read on other topics that pressing simultaneously on the three buttons AC+DC+LED could give an error code but in my case nothing is displayed.

Thanks for your help.

Hi @Samir, We are concerned that this EB70 may have been over-discharged. Has it been left unused for a long time?
Could you confirm whether the AC adapter shows a red light when charging the EB70?
We recommend trying to charge it using a car charger and keeping it connected for a while. Does this help?
We look forward to your response.

Hi @BLUETTI_CARE ,

Yes I confirm the device was left uncharged for approximately two months and that it shows a red light blinking.

I will follow your advise and keep you in touch as soon as possible.

Thanks for your help.
Samir

We hope everything goes smoothly from here!

Hi @BLUETTI_CARE ,

Unfortunately the EB70 is still not charging even using the car charger.

Actually I wronlgy replied to your question in your previous message, the AC Adapter doesn’t show a red light, it is green however there is a red electricity symbol (thunder) blinking on the EB70 screen at the bottom left.

Hope you can help me

Samir.

Hi @Samir, The red lightning symbol indicates that this EB70 has been over-discharged and urgently needs charging.
