So I was recently showing off my new EB3A and noticed that my samsung gear 4 watch doesn’t charge wirelessly from the top. My phone works and charges, but not the watch. Is this a known issue with the watch? I had both AC and DC on to check.
From a bit of research it seems that the Samsung Watch4 uses a proprietary wireless charging protocol which is why it doesn’t work with your EB3A. You can only charge it with the included charger or via a Samsung phone that has PowerShare.
