EB3A will turn on if pluged in only

My unit will not turn on if I press any button. It WILL turn on if I connect the power cord, but it will shut down in about 5 seconds. It says it is at 100 %. I pressed all three buttons and received codes 6204 and 5613.

I connected the unit with my DC power cable to my car; it powered up, but the AC part would not work. I then connected my phone via Bluetooth and was able to perform some tasks, but not turn on the AC section.

Any suggestions?

Hello Please follow these steps to troubleshoot your device:

  1. First, check the firmware version in the app to ensure it is the latest version (1). Look for any error messages on the screen, such as “Temp.” If you see a “Temp” error, please stop charging and disconnect any loads. Place the machine in a shaded area for three hours before attempting to recharge. If it’s winter, place it in a warm area for three hours before charging.
  2. Check if the Circuit Protector on the right side of the AC input is popped out. If it is, press it back in and try AC charging again.
  3. Look for any fault codes. You can check this by turning on the device and pressing and holding the AC ON and LED ON buttons simultaneously.
  4. If the UPS is flashing, please refer to the next section titled “AC Charging with UPS Flashing.”
  5. Finally, ensure the DSP version is up to date. If it is not, please provide your SN code and firmware information so we can push the DSP firmware update. You can find the SN in the app’s settings page and the firmware information in the “Firmware Upgrade” page.

I have gone through all the steps you mentioned. My unit does not charge or discharge. When I plug in the AC cord, I get a display that lasts for 2 seconds and shuts down. I have a DC cord that when I plug it in, the display stays on and I can connect with bluetooth and my phone. It showed me error codes of 6204 and 5613. I also looked up the ARM, V2062.04 and the DSP, v0. I think the DSP is wrong or missing. I ran the update but it said it was up to date.
