EB3A unit shuts down after 10-15 output connection to AC

My EB3A unit has been working well for a couple of years. I can connect to my solar panel and charge to 100%. However, in the last month whenever I connect more than a phone to the output, the unit auto shuts down after 10 - 15 mins and is unresponsive. I have to reconnect to the solar panel for it to reboot. What can I do?

1. Error codes: I got the following error codes when I was investigating a couple weeks ago:

  • 5606
  • 5706

2. ECO Mode: ECO mode is disabled.
