Hello, I have had this problem with my device for some time.
It is charged to 75% and when I connect some device to charge AC or DC, regardless, after about a minute it turns off completely, goes out and cannot be turned back on.
It only turns on when I connect it to the charger in the car/solar/or a socket at home.
When it is charged, e.g. from the car, at that moment I can have e.g. a laptop connected and charge from the eb3a battery, however, as soon as I disconnect the charger from the eb3a from the car, it turns off again and cannot be turned on until the next time it is connected to charge, e.g. from the car.
I tried pressing 3 buttons, I have the latest update on the bluettii app
Are there any error codes displayed in the app or on the screen?
No error
What load was connected when the issue occurred, and what was the specific power?
Just smartphone charger
Did removing all loads and restarting resolve the problem? No
When connected to a grid power source, does the screen light up? Yes

Could you please provide the SN code of your EB3A? We will then apply for the firmware push on your behalf.
Hi @empiree, Now I have applied to upgrade your system to our IT department. They will push the latest version of firmware to your unit in 24 hours.
Please upgrade the firmware tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.

@empiree Yesterday i charged my EB3A fully. And now it’s working.
I think some calibration process was broken. Almost 1h 30m it was charging on 99% with 260W power.
Hi @empiree, your firmware is already the latest version, and we cannot push any other new firmware.
We fully agree with the suggestion from @bluetti_grishkinnngmailcom. Please recalibrate your device, as this may help.
Please follow the steps below to recalibrate it:
Please discharge all the power (charge AC & DC appliances with the power station) until the SOC is 0%, turn off the machine, and leave it for 3 hours till it cools down.
Please charge it again. Please do not load any device when charging it, and do not interrupt it while it is charging.
Hi unfortunetly its imposible to discharge battery becouse if I plug charing its switching on, but when i unplug and try to switch on charging then its shuts down after a minute and devide is compltetly dead until again i plug charging and same process.
