EB3A Problem

I am having a major problem with my EB3A It’s plugged directly into my house power but won’t charge. I get the error below I also included a screenshot of the status page. I can’t get it to work.

Are you able to measure input voltage?
Could you try to connect station to another socket? It might help.

@jamul12 Could you please provied me with the SN and the firmware version of your EB3A?
